She has spent over 15 years advising and representing a variety of clients in construction and engineering, energy, and utilities on the full breadth of transactional and contentious matters. Her clients in the construction sector include employer and contractor organisations in the residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

 

Harriet has also represented numerous clients in all forums of ADR including mediation, adjudication, and arbitration.
